Recruiter – Full‑cycle US Hiring (Remote, later Monterrey)

About the role

Accendra Health is seeking a proactive Recruiter to own the full‑cycle hiring process for U.S.-based positions across multiple functions. The role will start remotely for the first year and later transition to our Monterrey office, partnering closely with a Talent Sourcer and Talent Acquisition Business Partner.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Sourcer and Business Partner to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
• Conduct hiring manager intake sessions to clarify role requirements, timelines, and expectations.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for qualifications, cultural fit, and role alignment.
• Provide hiring managers with interview guides, candidate summaries, and selection recommendations.
• Coordinate the offer process with Compensation and HR, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Maintain candidate records and documentation in the ATS.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws, EEO guidelines, and internal policies.
• Support employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in recruitment or HR.
• 2–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably for U.S. roles.
• Strong interviewing, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Workday or a similar applicant tracking system.
