Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Advanced Marketers is a fast‑growing digital marketing agency looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to build a strong talent pipeline in Guadalajara and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for a variety of agency roles, ensuring a quick and efficient hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and local recruiting channels.
• Post and manage job ads on LinkedIn, Indeed, OCC, Computrabajo, Facebook groups, and other platforms.
• Review resumes, filter applicants, and conduct initial screening interviews in English.
• Evaluate candidates for English proficiency, professionalism, experience, and role fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and keep pipelines organized.
• Send interview invitations, follow‑up messages, rejection notices, and next‑step communications.
• Help create and refine job descriptions, screening questions, and candidate scorecards.
• Track candidate status and provide regular hiring updates.
• Recruit for marketing specialists, media buyers, sales reps, admin assistants, creative team members, and operations support.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously.
• Excellent organization, follow‑up, and judgment when evaluating candidates.
• Based in Guadalajara or able to work reliably from the city.
