Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Join a family‑owned, globally expanding company as a Recruiter, responsible for managing end‑to‑end talent acquisition for a variety of positions across the Service Center. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for operational, administrative, professional and leadership roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone, virtual and in‑person interviews, and assess candidates against technical qualifications, competencies and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, present shortlists and hiring recommendations to managers.
• Maintain talent pipelines and support employer branding initiatives, including career fairs and university recruitment events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder‑influence skills.
• Results‑oriented, organized and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
