Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to lead end‑to‑end hiring processes for administrative and managerial positions across the organization. You will partner with business leaders to understand talent needs, design attraction strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for specialist and managerial roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with leaders to define job profiles, required competencies, and cultural fit.
• Design and execute talent‑attraction campaigns using job boards, social media, headhunting, and employee referrals.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews in English and Spanish.
• Coordinate psychometric assessments, stakeholder interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Maintain talent pipelines, candidate databases, and recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill and quality of hire.
• Stay current on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent attraction and recruitment.
• Proven experience with multiple sourcing channels and headhunting strategies.
• Advanced English proficiency; ability to conduct professional interviews in English.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of competency‑based interview techniques.
