Registered Nurse – TN Visa Sponsorship in New Mexico

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing center in Taos, New Mexico. The position offers full-time employment with a three‑year renewable contract, TN visa sponsorship, and assistance with relocation and housing for eligible international nurses.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate charting and incident reports in accordance with facility policies.
• Handle narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction procedures.
• Document changes in patient conditions, including nutrition, infections, skin integrity, and weight loss.
• Utilize the Quality Life Manual to place and monitor patients in appropriate programs.
• Notify relevant departments of room changes, admissions, discharges, and leaves of absence.
• Participate in physician rounds when required.

Required profile

• Valid RN license in your home country.
• Graduated from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Proficiency in English.
