Registered Nurse – TN Visa Sponsorship in New Mexico

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing center in Taos, New Mexico. This full‑time, 3‑year renewable position includes TN visa sponsorship, relocation assistance, and housing support for eligible international nurses who are proficient in English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of practice, following physician orders and center policies.
• Chart patient information, report incidents, and document changes in condition such as nutrition, infections, skin issues, and weight loss.
• Manage narcotic counts, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction according to company procedures.
• Use the Quality Life Manual to place and monitor patients in appropriate programs.
• Notify relevant departments of room changes, admissions, discharges, and leaves of absence.
• Participate in physician rounds when required.

Required profile

• Current RN license in your home country.
• Graduated from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus for patient communication).
