About the role

Join the award‑winning One&Only Mandarina team as a Restaurant Hostess, delivering warm, personalized service to guests in a stunning beachfront setting. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued throughout their dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Set up the restaurant before service and maintain smooth operations.
• Stay informed of daily specials, menu items, and wine selections.
• Participate in pre‑service briefings to communicate bookings, VIPs, allergies, and special requests.
• Collaborate with servers, culinary staff, and management to meet guest needs.
• Handle end‑shift cashiering, monthly inventory, and deep‑cleaning tasks.
• Assist with new menu roll‑outs and use the resort’s table‑management system.
• Report any operational issues to the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, punctual, and able to work flexible service hours.
