Retail Auditor (Hybrid, Mexico City)

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Auditor to join our team in Mexico City. This full‑time hybrid position involves reviewing retail transaction data, contracts and invoices to uncover discrepancies, over‑payments and recovery opportunities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and client contacts to validate findings and drive issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse large retail datasets and audit tools to detect anomalies and missed recoveries.
• Prepare clear audit reports, document supporting evidence and track case progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client representatives to validate results and resolve issues.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets while adhering to audit methodologies.
• Contribute to process improvements and help refine reporting standards for audit engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience in auditing, financial reconciliation or retail operations preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage multiple tasks under defined timelines.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (intermediate level, data handling, formulas, reporting).
