Retail Auditor

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Auditor to join our team in Mexico City. This full‑time hybrid position involves reviewing retail transaction data, contracts and invoices to uncover discrepancies, over‑payments and missed recovery opportunities. You will work closely with internal teams and client contacts to validate findings and support resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse large retail datasets and audit tools to identify anomalies and recovery opportunities.
• Prepare clear audit reports, document supporting evidence and track case progress.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client representatives to validate findings and resolve issues.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets while adhering to audit methodologies.
• Contribute to process improvements, reporting standards and documentation for audit engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple audits under defined timelines in a hybrid work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (intermediate data handling, formulas and reporting).
• Experience with spreadsheets and basic database or reporting tools.
