Sales Administrator & Support – Mexico City

About the role

You will be responsible for performing back‑office tasks that enable salespeople to focus on customers. The role supports sales in creating tenders and orders, configuring contracts and equipment in SAP, and maintaining customer data in CRM and SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Administration and follow‑up of the Order Book (OB).
• Creation, configuration, and maintenance of orders in SAP.
• Management and tracking of billing‑related tickets.
• Registration and control of project‑related letters and documentation.
• Monitoring and management of Service Repair (SR) cancellations.
• Preparation, monitoring, and updating of forecast reports.
• Calculation, validation, and tracking of incentive payments for technical personnel.
• Monitoring and control of project progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support in material release processes and quotation preparation.
• Preparation and analysis of operational performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordination with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Sales Administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of customer service principles and sales processes.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday (Saturday remote).

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, reporting).
• Hands‑on experience with SAP.
• Experience with Salesforce (plus).
