Sales Development Representative – Video API (Healthcare)

About the role
Vonage is looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities for its Video API solutions within the healthcare sector. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the account team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, video calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Research and identify new leads using internet research, social media monitoring, LinkedIn Navigator and other sales tools.
- Qualify prospects based on deep knowledge of Vonage Video API.
- Maintain detailed notes in the CRM and schedule qualified meetings and demos for Healthcare Account Managers.
- Collaborate with marketing, account managers and sales leadership to improve performance.
- Achieve monthly targets for qualified appointments and new sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a territory plan with assigned Account Managers.
- Support marketing campaigns related to Vonage API.
Required profile
- 2+ years of sales development or lead generation experience in B2B software environments.
- Professional written and spoken English.
- Strong cold‑calling and personalized email creation skills.
- Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently.
