Sales Executive – US Market

About the role

SiteMinder is looking for a Sales Executive focused on the US market. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and help expand the company’s hotel‑technology client base.

Key responsibilities

• Create new opportunities and upsell existing customers, managing the complete sales process.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales KPIs and close deals in a timely manner.
• Prepare accurate quotes, present proposals, and negotiate contracts while balancing client value and company margins.
• Maintain detailed activity records in SiteMinder’s CRM system.
• Gather client feedback and relay it to the Product Team.
• Collaborate with local industry groups and travel associations, attending events and occasional client site visits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new‑business acquisition, preferably in SaaS.
• Background in hotel technology, OTA, or revenue management is a strong plus.
• Prior experience selling into the US market.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and open to feedback and coaching.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
