Sales Operations Analyst

About the role

CIAL Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support its commercial teams across Latin America. You will act as a bridge between Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Customer Success Management and Marketing, ensuring data integrity and smooth operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Customer Success Management and Marketing departments.
• Administer Salesforce operations: review, update, upload/download accounts, and locate leads and opportunities.
• Perform database cleanup, update information, and manage contract uploads and modifications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and communication hub between Sales, Product, Finance, Customer Service, and other internal teams.
• Develop remedial plans for platform, technical, communication, and process issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in sales administration or supporting sales representatives.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• English level B2/C1.
• Experience with Salesforce management.
• Intermediate knowledge of Python.
• Background in data analysis.
