Sales Support

About the role

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, is hiring a Sales Support professional in Tlalnepantla, Estado de México. The role supports one of IFF's most strategic global customer partnerships and drives business success through commercial execution. It is an on-site position with the possibility of one work-from-home day per week.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer and internal requests related to product samples, quotations, technical documentation and commercial support activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Regulatory, Customer Service, Laboratory, Supply Chain and other teams to fulfill requests on time.
• Help maintain customer portfolios, commercial information and account records.
• Track and follow up on sample requests, quotations and customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records, databases and reporting tools, and prepare customer presentations, reports and commercial documentation when needed.
• Analyze customer requests and prioritize activities according to business needs and commercial objectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience, process efficiency and service excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, commercial operations, order management or business support.
• Experience coordinating activities across departments and stakeholders.
• Intermediate to advanced written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Customer portfolio management, quotations and sample coordination.
• Preferred: experience in fragrances, flavors, consumer goods, chemical or manufacturing sectors.
