Senior Analyst - Process Analytics, Supply Chain & Procurement

About the role

Genpact is hiring a Senior Analyst for Process Analytics within Supply Chain and Procurement, based in Guadalajara. The role covers end-to-end procurement analytics, from supplier performance analysis and contract negotiation to monitoring procurement KPIs and overseeing the process from requisition to delivery. The position is hybrid, day shift, and requires proficiency in Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to streamline operations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and assess needs
• Analyze supplier performance and negotiate contracts for optimal pricing and terms
• Monitor and evaluate procurement KPIs to identify areas for improvement
• Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve issues that arise
• Oversee the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science or Statistics, or a Master's in Data Science
• Certifications such as CPIM, CPP, CPSM or CPM
• Proficiency in Spanish (C2)
