Service Delivery Manager - Sourcing 4C

About the role

Genpact is looking for a Service Delivery Manager for its Sourcing 4C (Supply Chain - Procurement) practice. The role leads end-to-end service delivery for sourcing operations, aligning them with strategic procurement goals and business expectations, and works in a hybrid setting in Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service delivery for sourcing operations, aligned with strategic procurement goals and business expectations.
• Drive operational excellence through best practices, continuous improvement and performance metrics across sourcing processes.
• Collaborate with category managers, finance and legal to execute sourcing strategies.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance, ensuring SLA compliance, risk mitigation and value delivery.
• Lead and guide sourcing teams, fostering accountability, innovation and customer-centricity.
• Monitor and report KPIs, proactively addressing issues and spotting optimization opportunities.
• Support transformation initiatives and the adoption of digital sourcing tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics or Finance, or a Master's in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Certifications such as CSM (Welingkar), CPSM (ISM), or CSCP (IIM Trichy).
• Proficiency in Spanish (C2 level).
