Senior Analyst, Warehouse Financial Performance

About the role

Kraft Heinz is looking for a Senior Analyst focused on warehouse financial performance in Mexico City. The role turns operational metrics such as throughput, capacity utilization, labor and third-party logistics costs into financial insights, and works closely with Warehouse Operations, Logistics Procurement and FP&A teams.

Key responsibilities

• Track and report warehouse financial KPIs and monitor cost performance, identifying variances, anomalies and potential overruns against the Latest Estimate and Annual Operating Plan.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and financial visibility tools for data-driven decisions.
• Partner with operations, procurement and FP&A teams to review performance and build corrective action plans, explaining cost variances, drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Quantify the cost impact of operational pain points and calculate, validate and track productivity savings from warehouse initiatives.
• Monitor financial action plans and follow up on open items, commitments and expected benefits.
• Support contract negotiations and renewals with cost analyses, financial scenarios and business insights.
• Provide inputs during month-end close and monthly forecasting, and validate that operational results and cost drivers are reflected correctly in financial models and reports.
• Promote Finance Intelligence, automation and AI-enabled tools, document workflows, test solutions and validate automated outputs for finance transformation projects.

Required profile

• Experience partnering with operations, supply chain, logistics, procurement or warehouse teams.
• Experience developing dashboards, monitoring KPIs and turning data into actionable insights.
• Preferred: experience with productivity, savings, automation or process improvement initiatives.
