Senior Business Development Manager – Mexico Franchise

About the role

Ocean Spray is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the growth agenda for its anchor distributor in Mexico. The role will collaborate with the distributor to identify new opportunities, develop commercial strategies, and own the P&L for the branded business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the strategic vision for the branded business unit in alignment with global objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities, assess market dynamics and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Lead long‑term business planning, scenario analysis and forecasting to ensure sustainability.
• Own the P&L, delivering revenue, profit and margin targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, copackers and strategic partners while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Drive monthly sales delivery, oversee sales partner results and manage new product launches.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in sales and marketing, fostering a collaborative, results‑oriented culture.
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with fast‑paced, uncertain environments.
• Deep understanding of sales functions and channel strategies, preferably in food & beverage.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree.
