Senior Data Analyst – HealthTech (Hybrid Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our fast‑growing HealthTech organization. In this hybrid‑remote position you will turn complex data into actionable insights that drive product and business decisions across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and pipelines.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, SQL and Python.
• Implement ETL processes and manage data‑warehouse systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses of large data sets and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tell a data‑driven story.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
