Senior Manager HR Product Owner

About the role

The Senior Manager, HR Product Owner leads the strategy, development and delivery of HR technology solutions for a global cruise operator. Reporting to the Director, HR Product Owner, the role is based on‑site in Miami and works at the intersection of HR, IT and business leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap and backlog for HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and custom applications.
• Align product direction with enterprise workforce strategy, HR transformation goals and overall business priorities.
• Govern the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirement gathering through design, build, test, deployment and sustainment.
• Translate business needs into user stories, technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Drive data integrity, process standardisation and system usability across the HR ecosystem.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging HR technologies to inform product evolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior product management or product ownership within HR technology.
• Strong ability to act as the bridge between HR, IT and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile backlog management and cross‑functional delivery.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to convey strategic objectives into actionable plans.
