Senior Marketing Delivery Lead (Agile Project Management)

About the role

Wizeline is seeking a Senior Marketing Delivery Lead to drive the execution of strategic marketing initiatives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. This senior individual contributor will partner with marketing leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and with high impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex marketing programs, aligning plans with business objectives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define delivery roadmaps, identify risks, and manage dependencies.
• Oversee multiple concurrent marketing projects, coordinating resources across creative, product, legal, compliance and external partners.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, retrospectives and delivery reviews, championing continuous improvement.
• Communicate status, risks and strategic updates to leaders and external partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale, cross‑functional marketing initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting delivery strategies to shifting priorities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and issue‑resolution capabilities.
