Senior Medical Science Liaison – Fertility & CNS

About the role

The Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will serve as a scientific bridge between Organon’s Women’s Health portfolio and key external stakeholders in Mexico. Based in Mexico City, the MSL will travel locally, regionally, and nationally to foster scientific exchange, support clinical research, and ensure balanced medical information is shared.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, payers, and other stakeholders in the fertility and CNS therapeutic areas.
• Present Organon’s data, conduct peer‑to‑peer scientific dialogue, and deliver balanced information consistent with corporate policies.
• Collaborate on scientific communication plans, medical‑to‑medical materials, and facilitate investigator‑initiated trials and other research collaborations.
• Provide scientific training to commercial and internal teams, support speaker programs, advisory boards, and represent Organon at national and regional medical meetings.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests while adhering to all compliance procedures.

Required profile

• Physician with a valid professional license.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• At least 2 years in a Medical Science Liaison or similar scientific field role.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
