Senior Mobile Engineer (iOS/Android) – Remote in Mexico

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to join our multicultural team and work remotely from anywhere in Mexico. You will help shape the future of iHerb’s high‑traffic iOS and Android applications that serve millions of customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship new features for iOS and/or Android using AI‑assisted development tools.
• Participate in mobile modernization, improving app architecture and adding platform capabilities.
• Write maintainable, well‑tested code and own the feature lifecycle from design to app‑store release.
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to integrate APIs and new product experiences.
• Leverage Claude Code (or similar) daily for code generation, refactoring, and test automation.
• Contribute to cross‑platform tooling and shared component libraries as the mobile platform evolves.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional software development experience (D3 level).
• Hands‑on experience shipping production code with AI‑assisted tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
• Full‑stack awareness and ability to contribute across layers when needed.
• Proven end‑to‑end ownership of features from spec through deployment and operations.
