Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital initiatives across omni‑channel, loyalty, marketplace and front‑end projects. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from Costa Rica, Mexico or any location of your choice while collaborating with a global, cross‑functional team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor end‑to‑end digital projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Leverage Atlassian tools – JIRA for task management and Confluence for reporting and documentation.
• Design, integrate and manage AI agents and large language model solutions (Claude, Co‑pilot, ChatGPT) to enhance product capabilities.
• Coordinate with business users, architects, QA, release and engineering teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and project alignment.
• Maintain metric‑driven performance dashboards and manage project budgets.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project management experience, primarily in digital project execution.
• Proven track record of delivering projects from inception through implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to work across diverse teams.
• Experience managing both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• PMP or CSM certification is a plus.
