Senior Quality Engineer

About the role

The Senior Quality Engineer will lead the technical and operational management of outsourced manufacturing processes. This role ensures proper order configuration, technical documentation, supplier development and compliance with quality systems to support reliable deliveries and competitive productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Define manufacturing strategies and monitor operational KPIs for RF orders and subcontracting.
• Coordinate engineering changes, BOM validation, DXF files and technical documentation for external production.
• Implement quality systems, conduct audits, inspections and manage corrective actions (CAPA, 8D).
• Lead supplier onboarding, quality implementation, final inspections and regulatory compliance (NACE/SSPC).
• Analyze manufacturing costs, margins and local sourcing opportunities; evaluate and develop suppliers.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, process standardisation and operational‑efficiency projects.
• Provide technical support for product configurations, adaptations and manufacturing issues, including TORIT product audits and export packaging requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or related engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing, subcontracting or engineering support.
• Training in Lean, Six Sigma and project/cost management.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• BOM management and ERP (routing, PO approval).
• DXF handling and technical documentation creation.
• CAPA and 8D problem‑solving methodologies.
• FMEA analysis.
• Lean and Six Sigma tools.
• ISO 9001 and ISO EHS quality management systems.
• NACE/SSPC coating inspection certification (CIP Level 1 preferred).
• Manufacturing cost analysis and margin evaluation.
