About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for a range of functions on a three‑month contract. You will partner closely with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for operations, finance, technology, compliance, and corporate roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and creative channels.
- Conduct recruiter screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage offer processes.
- Maintain recruiting workflows, reporting, and ATS data.
- Track metrics such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline conversion, and hiring effectiveness.
- Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and California employment regulations.
Required profile
- 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high‑growth or regulated environments.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Proven ability to handle multiple open positions in a fast‑paced setting.
- Strong organizational detail and independent work ethic while collaborating cross‑functionally.
