Senior Recruiter – Remote (Mexico)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join Workfully’s global platform, helping solopreneur recruiters connect with top talent and clients worldwide. Based in Mexico, you will operate remotely, leveraging our all‑in‑one tools to build and scale your freelance recruitment business.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for a variety of roles across multiple industries.
• Manage client relationships, presenting talent and handling RPO, contract or contingent hiring as required.
• Utilise Workfully’s personal ATS, CRM, scheduling and multiposting tools to streamline the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with clients to share candidate pools and expand visibility.
• Grow your personal talent audience and contribute to the global recruiter community.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in‑house or agency.
• Strong sourcing and client‑management capabilities.
• Proven experience hiring for diverse role types.
• Fluent English; additional local language(s) a plus.
• Based in Mexico and able to work remotely.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Familiarity with multiposting and scheduling platforms.
