Senior SAP ABAP Developer – Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Developer to join a global engineering team that builds and supports critical SAP Supply Chain solutions. The role is fully remote and involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining ERP extensions that enable manufacturing, warehousing, procurement, and logistics processes worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support SAP ERP extensions, custom reports, interfaces, BADIs, workflows, utilities, and integration components.
• Create OData services, CDS views, and SAP Fiori applications.
• Develop HTTP/JSON interfaces and integrate SAP with external platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with SAP Basis, middleware, and cross‑functional teams to optimise performance and stability.
• Support integrations using RFCs, ALE/IDOCs, and middleware technologies.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing plants, warehouses, buyers, planners, and other Supply Chain operations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 4‑6+ years of hands‑on SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP MM and SAP EWM.
• Experience with OData services, CDS views, SAP Fiori, and EWM RF programming (ITSmobile).
• Proficiency in Adobe Forms, Purchasing Workflows, and Release Strategy configuration.
• Demonstrated ability to build integrations using RFC, ALE/IDOC, and HTTP/JSON.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and global distributed teams.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
