Senior Security Developer

About the role

The Senior Security Developer will join the Cyber Defense Center to enhance the organization’s security posture by managing and expanding SOAR and SIEM platforms. The role focuses on automating incident response, reducing response times, and improving accuracy across a global multinational team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python‑based security automation tools and incident response playbooks.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge bases and best practices.
• Drive the evolution of the security monitoring stack, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, cloud security (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), and AI/ML‑based big‑data analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or cyber security.
• Proven experience in Python development, software design, and architecture.
• Strong understanding of security technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanning, and threat hunting.
• Ability to work independently, travel up to 10% (including international), and operate in a structured, service‑oriented manner.
