Senior Specialist, HR Business Partner

About the role

As a Senior Specialist, HR Business Partner at Ford Mexico, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving employee experience and organizational effectiveness. You will support talent acquisition, development, retention and culture initiatives that enable the company’s bold vision for mobility.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage people development processes across the People Cycle, including performance management, succession planning, workforce planning and development tools such as talent maps and individual development plans.
• Analyze organizational structures, define roles and responsibilities, and provide recommendations for optimal design aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with senior HR colleagues to support retention strategies and compensation programs.
• Handle employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with policies and fostering a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to influence key business decisions and champion a world‑class employee experience.
