Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for specialized IT, engineering, embedded systems and ERP positions on a six‑month contract. The role is based in our Guadalajara office and will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver hiring strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake to pre‑onboarding.
• Source and attract senior and hard‑to‑fill profiles in software development, DevOps, cloud, cybersecurity, embedded systems, hardware, mechanical design, automotive, SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Conduct HR interviews, assess candidates for experience, communication, motivation and cultural fit.
• Partner with local and international hiring managers to understand technical and business needs.
• Provide candidate summaries, market insights, salary benchmarks and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain talent pipelines, track recruitment KPIs and prepare status reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 12‑15 years of experience in talent acquisition or technical recruitment.
• Strong background recruiting IT, engineering, embedded systems and ERP profiles.
• Advanced conversational English and ability to interact with international stakeholders.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Availability to work under a temporary contract and attend the office regularly.
