SEO Growth Specialist – Remote, Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on SEO Growth Specialist to own and grow a portfolio of 25‑40 exterior‑cleaning client accounts. You will work within our existing AI‑powered SEO system, identify under‑performing sites, and implement improvements without step‑by‑step direction.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage 25‑40 active SEO accounts, driving measurable gains in rankings, traffic, and leads.
• Execute on‑page SEO: title tags, heading structure, ALT text, schema markup, and internal linking.
• Execute off‑page SEO: acquire backlinks, citations, and build domain authority.
• Run technical SEO audits, diagnose issues, and implement fixes.
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for local visibility.
• Develop and refine content briefs, coordinating content creation.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who can spot and fix SEO problems without detailed checklists.
• Comfortable working with AI automation tools and remote collaboration.
• Willing to overlap at least 5 hours with US Eastern business hours.
