Server Engineer I / II – Enterprise Infrastructure Support

About the role

We are looking for a Server Engineer I or II to join our enterprise infrastructure team. The role is hands‑on, focusing on day‑to‑day server operations, ticket resolution, and on‑call support for critical production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve infrastructure support tickets and break/fix issues.
• Build, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Perform Windows Server OS upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance.
• Administer and support VMware virtual infrastructure.
• Support Cisco UCS (or similar) server hardware.
• Assist with server provisioning, monitoring, and performance troubleshooting.
• Support enterprise backup administration using Commvault.
• Document technical changes and follow operational procedures.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation approximately every five weeks, including weekend coverage.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of Windows Server administration experience.
• Hands‑on experience with VMware virtualization.
• Experience supporting Cisco UCS or comparable compute hardware.
• Background working in a ticket‑driven infrastructure support environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication abilities.
