About the role
The ServiceNow Developer will join the ServiceNow Platform Global Team to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions for KION Group IT. The role supports the new IT Service Hub in Guadalupe, Mexico and contributes to enterprise‑wide IT service management initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Recommend, develop, and maintain ServiceNow platform configurations and customized solutions.
- Translate business and technical requirements into design elements aligned with the ServiceNow roadmap.
- Provide technical support and act as the point of contact for ServiceNow‑related queries.
- Collaborate with other developers to ensure seamless data integration and management.
Required profile
- 5‑8 years of IT/ITSM experience, with at least 5 years as a ServiceNow developer.
- Proven experience leading projects in a global, multi‑disciplinary environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus.
Required skills
- ServiceNow Platform expertise (ITSM, CSM, integrations).
- Experience with data warehouse, SSO, and SAP integrations.
- At least two ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications; CTA is a plus.
- Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
