Sitefinity CMS Web Developer & Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sitefinity CMS Developer/Analyst to manage, develop, and enhance our client’s corporate web presence. The role blends platform administration with hands‑on development, requiring strong expertise in enterprise CMS solutions and modern web technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain web properties built on Sitefinity CMS or an equivalent enterprise platform.
• Create custom widgets, modules, templates, and integrations within the CMS.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and IT teams to deliver web solutions.
• Manage content workflows, user roles, permissions, and governance.
• Build and maintain web applications using .NET, Next.js, and/or Java.
• Ensure performance, SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and security compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CMS and web application issues across dev, staging, and production environments.
• Document configurations, customizations, and deployment processes.
• Evaluate and recommend platform upgrades and third‑party integrations.
• Support integration with CRM, DAM, analytics, and marketing automation systems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Sitefinity CMS or a comparable enterprise CMS (Sitecore, Kentico, Optimizely, Umbraco).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following.NET (C#/ASP.NET), Next.js (React), or Java web development.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, web service integrations, and SQL databases.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
