Social Media Manager / Instagram Reels Growth Strategist

About the role

BuzzyBooth is seeking a creative Social Media Manager who can design and execute Instagram Reels and short‑form video strategies that capture attention, drive engagement, and have viral potential. The role focuses on turning raw ideas into native‑feeling Instagram content for restaurants, dental offices, orthodontic practices, and other local businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the Instagram Reels strategy for BuzzyBooth.
• Generate viral‑style content ideas, hooks, and angles for Reels and TikTok.
• Write concise video scripts and craft scroll‑stopping captions.
• Oversee editing to ensure strong pacing, captions, music, and visual flow.
• Repurpose founder stories, customer testimonials, product demos, and behind‑the‑scenes footage into engaging short videos.
• Monitor platform trends and incorporate them into content plans.
• Analyze performance data, report insights, and suggest improvements.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and aim to grow reach, saves, shares, comments, and followers.

Required profile

• Proven track record creating Instagram Reels, TikToks, or other short‑form videos that performed well.
• Deep understanding of viral hooks, retention, watch time, and engagement mechanics.
• Ability to write compelling captions and video scripts.
• Experience managing social media for brands, founders, startups, or businesses.
• Creative, fast‑moving, and comfortable testing new ideas.
