Social Media Manager

About the role

INFINIX is seeking a creative and data‑driven Social Media Manager to lead its social presence across Mexico and Latin America. You will shape the brand’s voice, turn trends into engagement, and build a vibrant community around its smartphones, technology, and gaming culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business objectives.
• Manage official TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube channels.
• Create content plans, campaigns, and real‑time trend activations.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to adapt campaigns for the Mexican market.
• Partner with influencers, creators, and gaming communities to boost brand awareness.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Oversee social media budgets, paid campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and cultural conversations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media for consumer brands.
• Experience in the smartphone or technology industry.
• Proven record of growing social communities organically and via paid media.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
