Social Media Specialist

About the role

We’re looking for a creative and hands‑on Social Media Specialist to drive growth across our social platforms in Mexico. This role blends strategic planning, content creation, and campaign execution to boost brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
• Plan, produce, and publish daily content including feeds, stories, and short‑form videos.
• Create content end‑to‑end: shooting, editing, basic design, and copywriting.
• Support and execute influencer, event, pop‑up, and festival campaigns.
• Produce real‑time content during live events.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and optimize based on data.
• Identify emerging trends and explore new platforms.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content roles.
• Strong understanding of the Mexican social media landscape.
• Proven experience managing full campaigns, not just posting.
• Hands‑on content creation skills, especially video production and editing.
• Data‑driven, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects.
• Excellent collaboration with PR, KOL, and marketing teams.
• Advanced English proficiency.
