Software Engineer – AEM, React & Spring Boot

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join a balanced product team delivering digital experiences for Ford and Lincoln brand sites. You will work closely with product managers, designers, engineers and product owners to ship high‑quality software quickly and continuously.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, debug, document and deploy new features and enhancements for frontend and backend applications.
• Implement user stories that contribute to functional, performant web experiences for Ford and Lincoln.
• Create unit and functional tests to verify functionality and prevent regressions.
• Collaborate with product managers and owners to prioritize work based on business and user value.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines, security testing (SAST/DAST) and use monitoring tools such as Dynatrace.
• Follow Agile ceremonies including stand‑ups, backlog grooming, sprint demos and journey mapping.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an AEM/AEM Cloud developer.
• At least 1 year experience with React and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of version control, automated build/release processes and Agile best practices.
• Fluent English communication skills.
