Software Engineer – Remote (Mexico)

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer who enjoys turning real business problems into clean, scalable, and reliable code. The role offers ownership of meaningful product areas, collaboration with senior engineers, and the chance to influence technical decisions while working remotely within Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers and product partners to design and break down features.
• Develop services, APIs, UI components, and data integrations using modern engineering practices.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Write automated tests, ensure acceptance criteria are met, and maintain reliability standards.
• Add logging, metrics, and monitoring to support operational excellence.
• Participate in fast, automated CI/CD build and release processes.
• Assist with troubleshooting and occasional on‑call rotations under guidance.
• Engage in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems.
• Strong backend or full‑stack development background.
• Ownership mindset, continuous learning, and commitment to raising engineering standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
