Sr. Manager, Retail

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a bold, strategic and technically exceptional Senior Manager, Retail to lead its most elevated retail channel in Mexico. The role oversees 35 Mainline stores, managing a team of three District Managers and indirectly guiding all store teams to deliver best-in-class brand experiences while meeting financial and operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own P&L for the brick-and-mortar Mainline channel, driving profitability, revenue growth and sustainable business expansion.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, consumer acquisition and store performance.
• Analyze business trends, consumer behavior and store metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
• Control costs, manage margins and ensure compliance with revenue, gross margin and EBIT targets at both store and channel level.
• Define commercial strategies, pricing and promotion policies, and support marketing activations.
• Lead productivity initiatives such as traffic conversion, average transaction value and units per transaction.
• Partner with FP&A, Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, Marketing, Real Estate and Retail Operations to maximize performance.
• Support new store openings, remodels, relocations and continuous brand standard enforcement.

Required profile

• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership experience managing multiple stores and district managers.
• Track record of delivering commercial performance and operational excellence.
