Staff Accountant – Full‑time On‑site Role in Queretaro

About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Staff Accountant to join our finance team in Queretaro. This on‑site position will play a key role in managing daily financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting compliance initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and record all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with month‑end close.
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger entries.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in budgeting processes and maintain up‑to‑date financial records.
- Ensure proper VAT compliance and reporting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Experience with VAT compliance and account reconciliation.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
