About the role
The Supervisor Complex Claims leads an appraisal team delivering excellent service to insured parties and clients. You will motivate personnel, develop strategies to meet service level targets, and align team goals with departmental objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage allocation of complex auto appraisal claims and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Maintain performance metrics, oversee 250 estimation‑damage claims per month, and ensure accurate financial control.
- Drive strategic initiatives, embed best practices, and monitor complex loss trends.
- Ensure compliance with governance standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in auto appraisal claims.
- Proven people and team management skills in a multicultural environment.
- Strong communication abilities and capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Required skills
- Auto appraisal and claims estimation expertise.
- Policy language interpretation.
- Negotiation, mediation, arbitration and ADR skills.
