Supply Chain Analyst IV

About the role

TE is seeking a senior Supply Chain Analyst to monitor performance, identify trends and risks, and recommend actions that improve efficiency and reduce costs across the supply chain. You will work with diverse teams to drive continuous improvement and support strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and coordinate implementation programs, initiatives, and process improvements to enhance key strategic Supply Chain KPIs.
• Coordinate and report regional indicators to achieve targets such as revenue, inventory, overdue reduction, and freight forecasting.
• Collaborate with local teams to drive lead‑time reduction programs and develop mitigation plans when execution deviates from targets.
• Utilize Lean tools and advanced planning systems to optimize customer delivery and inventory performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 8 years of supply chain experience.
• Master’s degree or higher may be preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders.
