Supply Chain Management Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manufacturing Functional Consultant to lead end‑to‑end ERP implementations. The consultant will partner with business and technical teams to design, configure, and optimise SCM and manufacturing modules across platforms such as Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion SCM, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements, perform fit‑gap analysis and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and optimise modules including Inventory, BOM, WIP, Routing, Cost Management, Procurement, Order Management, Warehouse Management and Planning.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration and enhancements.
• Participate in solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, go‑live and post‑implementation support.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, user guides and training materials.
• Conduct user training, provide production support and drive continuous process improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to standardise processes and recommend best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations or related field.
• 10–12 years of SCM and manufacturing consulting experience, with at least three full ERP implementations.
• Experience in global manufacturing environments and ERP transformation programmes.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
