Supply Operations Analyst

About the role

The Supply Operations Analyst will ensure product availability and smooth flow of goods across the distribution network serving the U.S. market. You will monitor performance, analyse data and work with cross‑functional teams to prevent and resolve supply disruptions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory optimisation across the distribution network, maintaining effective stock levels between warehouses.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of service and supply issues, identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Track and coordinate finished‑goods deliveries from local plants and third‑party manufacturers to guarantee timely supply.
• Generate and analyse operational reports to monitor performance, spot trends and support decision‑making.
• Maintain master data accuracy to support reliable planning and execution processes.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service or sales with exposure to supply‑chain operations.
• Solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes.
• Proven ability to analyse data and produce insights that drive operational performance.
• Strong process‑oriented mindset with a focus on improving structured workflows.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and professional in communication and presentation.
