Supply Planner

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, analytically driven Supply Planner to design and execute replenishment strategies that balance service, inventory, and cost. The role serves as the primary interface between supply planning and market stakeholders, ensuring product availability and supporting agile responses to disruptions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate demand plans into optimized replenishment strategies while meeting service level targets.
• Continuously adjust plans based on business constraints, market changes, and supply risks.
• Act as the Supply Planning Representative for the market, influencing commercial, logistics, and cross‑functional teams.
• Lead supply planning discussions during IBP and S&OP cycles and maintain strong internal relationships.
• Champion digital tools such as OMP and APO, ensuring data integrity and leveraging analytics for decision‑making.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
