Support Engineer – Veterinary HealthTech

About the role

We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our veterinary HealthTech client’s Platform team in Mexico City. The role is an independent contractor position that provides technical expertise to the Customer Experience team, handling onboarding, decommissioning, data migrations and platform‑level requests.

Key responsibilities

• Execute technical onboarding workflows for new customers, including environment provisioning, configuration, integration setup and data imports.
• Manage customer off‑boarding, handling data exports, environment teardown, access revocation and documentation of closure procedures.
• Perform structured data migrations between systems, ensuring validation, transformation and quality‑assurance checks.
• Resolve technical tickets raised by the CX team, covering infrastructure, platform and operational requests.
• Collaborate closely with CX to translate operational needs into reliable technical execution.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with ability to work autonomously.
• Experience in platform engineering and customer operations.
• Willingness to undergo a background check due to production access requirements.
