System Administrator – Remote (Hybrid Cloud)

About the role

As a System Administrator you will be responsible for managing and optimizing on‑premises and hybrid‑cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance across both Linux and Windows environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer a diverse server landscape in on‑premises and hybrid cloud settings.
• Develop and maintain automated scripts (Bash, Python, PowerShell) to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Deploy and manage monitoring solutions such as Prometheus or ELK to proactively detect issues.
• Configure and secure networking infrastructure for reliable connectivity and data protection.
• Execute system hardening procedures to keep production environments secure and compliant.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support scalable infrastructure growth and hybrid integration.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in System Administration or DevOps Engineering.
• Proven expertise with Linux and Windows Server in on‑premises and hybrid environments.
• Strong scripting skills using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Hands‑on experience with monitoring stacks like Prometheus or ELK.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and security hardening.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
