Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist who will lead sourcing and recruitment for high-demand positions within the construction sector. The role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines, engaging passive talent, and delivering qualified candidates to hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage passive candidates through advanced search techniques, professional networks and internal databases.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for specialized and high-volume roles.
• Conduct phone screens and comprehensive assessments of candidates’ qualifications, experience and cultural fit.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Coordinate candidate progression through all hiring stages and keep recruitment records up to date.
• Monitor sourcing effectiveness, analyze pipeline performance and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and provide market insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, candidate sourcing or executive search.
• Strong ability to engage passive candidates and conduct headhunting activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
